Today I am grateful for:
- listening to my cousin's band play live streaming on the internet this evening
- my youngest son eating salad
- my oldest son laughing hysterically about a "cup of mud"
- BART
- talking to people at the CAESL conference
- seeing people I haven't seen in a while
- talking to a very interesting woman at lunch
- learning new things
- meeting with my yoga trainer
- getting just the right support when I need it
- finding out that I lost 1% of body fat this month
- doing yoga this morning
- a nice message from a former student who I taught my first year of teaching
- listening to the keynote at the conference
- being their with some coworkers
- BART
- getting things accomplished at work
- how nice being productive felt
- getting reconnected with people and plans
- my husband picking up the kids since I was out later than usual
- a good Japanese lunch
- a nice chat with my husband about how things have been going for us
- a little time with my youngest son after I got home
- feeling like things are finally coming together in terms of infrastructure for my program
- spending time with my sister and Carly
- being able to be there with my sister
- Carly doing well with her recovery
- yummy soup that my sister's mother in law made us for lunch
- itsy bitsy yoga with my oldest son
- my oldest son's love for a Dungeons and Dragons book (my husband can't wait until he is old enough to play)
- my husband picking the kids up for me
- not getting a parking ticket in San Francisco
- light traffic on my way home
- depositing a check I have been meaning to for a while
- my inlaws
- my chiropractor
